Invoices
The invoice will be attached to the shipment and will be delivered directly to the customer’s home. Any copy of the sales invoice can be requested by sending an email to contact@azimamusayeva.com
Delivery Time
Once orders are received they are sent within 24-48 hours, if available stock.
Warranty
Upon arrival of the package check that it does not present signs of tampering. Otherwise accept the goods “conditional.” No complaints will be considered valid if reported after 14 days of receipt. Complaints must be sent to Customer Service in writing (mail or email). Authorized returns must reach us accompanied by the transport document stating the number and date of invoice for the original delivery.
Right Of Withdrawal
Respect of distance contracts, in cases where the delivery of the goods occur at the residence, as such purchases are concluded outside the business premises. The consumer is entitled to cancel the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of goods.
For the beginning of this evaluation period, it will be the date indicated on the delivery note. To exercise this right, the customer must send an email to contact@azimamusayeva.com .
Once such notice of withdrawal, Azima Exclusive will immediately inform the customer whether via e-mail and by phone to return the goods with simple care indicate the following data on the item such as name, address and telephone number.
The goods must be received within the period specified by the law of 14 (fourteen) working days. The product must be given to Azima Exclusive Limited 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, Great Portland Street, London, United Kingdom, W1W 7LT in perfect condition, packed in its original packaging and complete in all its parts and any accessories and documentation (receipt or any invoice).
The return shipping costs will be dependent on the location of the customer. Additionally there will be a GBP 15 charge subtracted from the refund for administration costs. Azima Exclusive Limited is not responsible for the cost of shipping the return.
We are happy to exchange for the same item most products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped, through any circumstance that is in our error within 14 days from the date of delivery and if the item is in stock.
Process
In the event that the Client wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal/exchange, please contact contact@azimamusayeva.com within 14 days from the date of delivery.
We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer from finding out.
The return and exchange shipping costs will be dependent on the location of the customer. Additionally there will be a GBP 15 charge subtracted from the refund for administration costs. Azima Exclusive Limited is not responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

The law applies to product purchased in its entirety: it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on parts of the product purchased.
Under the reserve of the respect of the above conditions (return of goods), the customer will be reimbursed for a maximum amount corresponding to the value of the product. Azima Exclusive Limited will repay the above within 30 (thirty) business days following the receipt of the goods. Reimbursement will be made by Bank transfer c / or bank details specified by the customer. As for the right of withdrawal delivery charges for sending the goods as ordered by Azima Exclusive Ltd and eventual redemption handling charges will be deducted from the total amount paid by the customer.
Errors
We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price published on azimaexclusive.com is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order, and that your order has been cancelled. You will be advised of the correct price of the subject product. You may re-order it if you wish. If you have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount within 30 days of the date of order. Should you choose to re-order at the correct price, a separate transaction will be posted to your credit card.
Damaged, Defective Or Incorrect Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation email within 14 working days of delivery of the goods plus return the goods to us, unless we inform you that return is not necessary. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
Images
We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of different factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.
Third Party Claims
