We are happy to offer free global shipping on all orders. 

How fast is your shipping?

Our estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom 2-3 days • Europe 3-5 days • Rest of World 7-15 days

Can I follow my order?

Absolutely! All of our shipments are special and are tracked via a tracking number. We will email this to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

For all orders within the European Union all taxes and duties are included.

Unfortunately we are not able to cover any import duties or taxes for orders sent to the rest of the world. This charge is determined by your local customs authority, it is non-refundable and is your responsibility to pay and mange.

Can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately we are not able to accept cancellations. Once your beautiful accessory has arrived, if you’re sure it won’t be yours to keep, please follow our Return Policy below.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept product, in new condition with all original tags attached, for a refund.

Once you have received the order you have 14 days to return your item, if you wish to do so.

We carefully monitor every piece we send and we reserve the right to refuse a return if it is not in its original condition.
